Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind
Zkooshop does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for 'change of mind' or the item does not suit you for any reason. We cannot refund or exchange weared items for hygiene reasons. We also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

Incorrect Size
Zkooshop may, at its sole discretion, offer an exchange or credit to its online store, if an item of shoes purchased online does not fit. The item must be shown to not fit within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Zkooshop may accept unworn items within 14 days of delivery for exchange if they are in ‘As New Condition’. The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition as originally sold in the packaging with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of “As New Condition” is at the sole discretion of Zkooshop. We do not refund or exchange if you have changed your mind.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

NOTE:
All returns must be authorized by the Zkooshop Team
1: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us.
2: 20% restocking fee will be charged, if the return is not authorized. Thus, 80% of the total cost on the order can be refunded.
