All deliveries are charged at a weight based fee according to the international postage prices., or free shipping for orders over $60.
It may take 1-3 business days for preparing the products. Once dispatched, orders will be delivered within 12-15 business days, depending on your location, day of dispatch i.e. long weekend delays and any Covid Restrictions in place at the time of purchase.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Please note we does not deliver to PO Box or Private Boxes, these orders may be subject to cancellation.
Tracking your Order
When we dispatch your shipment, you'll receive a copy of the tracking number via email, so you can view the progress of your parcel, and this will provide you recourse with the courier company should there be any issue.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
There are times when products may take a little longer to arrive than expected; for example, weekends, public holidays, global pandemic or 'Acts of God'. If the item/s go missing entirely or do not arrive within the suggested time frames, we will do our best to assist you to rectify the situation with vthe courier company responsible. We ask that you contact the courier company directly (using the tracking number provided) and also notify us as quickly as possible via our email address.
